Norms Restaurants offer a free pound of bacon with $10 purchases

The cook-at-home freebie is available while supplies last beginning April 22.

Norms Restaurants is launching a promotion on Wednesday, April 22, made for bacon lovers.

The Bellflower-based chain is offering customers a free pound of bacon for every $10 pickup or delivery purchase while supplies last, according to a news release.

Norms is one of those full-service and fast casual restaurants that is dabbling in grocery service in response to the novel coronavirus pandemic in an attempt to bolster its own business while giving people a break from visiting overrun supermarkets. Norms’ $35 “care packages” include uncooked breakfast meats, steaks, chicken or salmon, plus items like vegetables, potatoes, pasta, and two pounds of onions.

The bacon deal follows an Easter week promotion in which Norms gave away more than 575,000 eggs, the news release said.
